Civil Engineer by Cantabria University, specialised in Structures, Luis Alberto San Román faces the challenge of boosting Izharia’s Civil Works department. Luis Alberto has more than 20 years of experience in works execution areas, adding a great capacity for the application of theoretical knowledge and business management.
Expert in project design and Civil Works management, in the fields of, among others, roads, railways, hydraulic works, water treatment facilities, energy facilities or buildings. Luis Alberto will contribute with a wide technical experience in calculation and design of all types of structures, in Geotechnics and Underground Works, in works direction and in project management.
We are sure that for all these reasons, added to his management skills backed by his career in different positions in Technical Direction and Business Management will provide responses to functional and service necessities of our customers in Civil Works area.
