Izharia Ingeniería has carried out for its Spanish client SEMI S.A., the detailed engineering project for the expansion of a 225 kV line position on OMVS 225KV Substation in Nouakchott, Mauritania.

The participation of the company in the project involved the electromechanical installation engineering the civil engineering, and protection and control engineering, as well as simultaneous works in a 21 kilometers long High Voltage Transmission Line that serves as the interconnection between OMVS 225KV and NKT Centrale Nord.

With a tight time schedule and extreme weather conditions, Izharia Ingeniería accepted the challenge of a project of this magnitude succeeded in its execution.
